About the Role:
As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years education.
Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to their learning journeys.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.Has experience working with children aged 0–5 in a nursery or school setting.
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is patient, caring, and committed to supporting every child’s development.
Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
