BG6 Learning Support Assistant at Brunel Field Primary School
32.5 hours per week (8.30 – 3.30 with half an hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary: BG6We are seeking to employ excellent Learning Support Assistants to join our highly effective team at Brunel Field Primary School. This role involves a combination of in-class support, 1:1 supervision and small group interventions. The successful candidates will be experienced across a range of year groups, enjoy variety in their work and be flexible on a day-to-day basis. We want our children to be happy, confident, articulate and empowered to participate successfully at an academic, social and emotional level in a rapidly changing world. We are looking for the right candidates who: Have an energetic, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work Have the ability to support both in-class and with the delivery of 1:1 and group interventions Will model and live our values of Respect, Commitment, Compassion and Joy Are passionate about supporting children’s development Have recent experience of working with children in a Primary or Early Years setting Have consistently high expectations of attainment and behaviour for learning Are able to inspire and motivate children Are excited about working with a highly motivated, enthusiastic and successful team of professionals at Brunel Field Primary School Will ensure that safeguarding is a priority within the school and promote staff, pupil and family wellbeing Will play an active role in working together to shape the future for children at Brunel Field Primary School.
