The Role Includes:
- Working closely with the SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo, and dedicated SEND team
- Providing tailored classroom support to students with a range of learning needs
- Supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum
- Promoting independence, wellbeing, and academic progress for vulnerable learners
- Being part of a culture that values inclusion, collaboration, and continual improvement
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed

- A belief in high standards and the potential of every student to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Experience supporting SEND students (desirable, but not essential for the right candidate)
