Contract: Full Time (Ongoing)
Pay: £95 - £115 Per Day (PAYE or Umbrella)

Job Description
The school is a mixed school catering for pupils aged between 4 - 11 years old with Autism ADHD and Dyslexia. Most pupils also have Autism and additional physical/sensory disabilities. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be co-coordinating with various healthcare professional and class teachers. Ensuring that all pupils have the best support.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.
- Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
