The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, individualised teaching to students with a range of needs including ASC, MLD, and complex learning difficulties
- Create and implement differentiated learning plans and EHCP targets
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, support staff, and parents/carers
- Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages progress and personal growth
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience working with children or young people with SEN, ideally within a specialist setting
- Strong understanding of strategies for teaching pupils with complex needs
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- A nurturing, resilient, and adaptable approach
