We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in the Clifton area of Nottingham. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking school community, where staff are dedicated to helping every student succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to secondary-aged pupils, promoting engagement with learning
- Offer tailored 1-1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and pastoral teams
- Work closely with classroom staff to deliver effective support strategies

Person Specification:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (secondary experience is preferred)
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is essential
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS certificate
