Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all data is accurately entered and maintained. This role is crucial in supporting our administrative functions and facilitating efficient operations within the office environment.
Duties
Accurately input and update data into various systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Load Invoices, expenses onto the finance system
Assist with general admin tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
Answer the phone, door, meet and greet visitors
Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements
Proficiency in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is crucial.
