We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operative to support our end-to-end warehousing operations—from Goods In to Goods Out. You’ll play a key role in stock control, order fulfilment, and maintaining high standards in hygiene, safety, and compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Receive, inspect, and store goods from suppliers
Operate forklift trucks (counterbalance & reach) safely and efficiently
Manage internal stock transfers and prepare materials for production
Pick, pack, and dispatch sales orders to internal and external customers
Handle goods-in/goods-out documentation, sampling, and labelling
Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and warehouse quality protocols
Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and purchasing teams
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment (ideally food or pharma)
Forklift licence (counterbalance & reach) – essential
Comfortable using computerised stock systems (e.g., Unity)
Good communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and manual handling
ADR awareness, IATA qualification, or COMAH training – desirable
