Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of young minds, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 2-5 years.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Manage classroom dynamics effectively, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among children.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum plans and share best practices in early childhood education.
Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents that occur within the nursery setting.
Drive initiatives that support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Qualifications
A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education
