Summary
Enrichment Development Manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Enrichment Development Manager to inspire, lead and enhance the quality and scope of enrichment opportunities for our post-16 learners. In this role, you'll lead on the development of cross-college programmes-including sport, wellbeing, cultural activities, and personal development-that enrich the student experience and support our 2030 vision. You will manage external partnerships, champion inclusion, and oversee successful delivery of a broad range of college-wide events and activities.
We're looking for someone who:
- Will be educated to degree level,
- Has strong experience in designing and delivering high-impact enrichment programmes in a Further Education setting.
- Has a strong understanding of student engagement strategies, bid writing, and stakeholder collaboration is essential.
- Will inspire staff and student participation, drive innovation, and promote equity across diverse learner groups.
