What we are looking for:
No Prior Experience Required:
Training will be provided, but a willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
Good Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move objects, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Customer Service Skills:
Friendly and approachable manner with the ability to communicate effectively with residents.
Teamwork:
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors.
Key responsibilities:
Assist the public with the safe and correct disposal of household waste and recycling.
Provide excellent customer service and guidance on segregating recyclable materials.
Maintain cleanliness and safety across the site.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site rules.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
