The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hardworking RVN to step into a Head Nurse role, leading a team of four skilled nurses in delivering exceptional patient care. The role involves a balance of clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You will have the opportunity to mentor and develop your team while still being actively involved in consultations, surgery, and inpatient care.
