Your new company
This Church of England school, which is easily accessible via Leamington, Rugby, Banbury and surrounding areas, is looking for a Year 4 teacher to work 3 days per week as a job share with the assistant head. One of the days ideally needs to be a Friday, but the other 2 days are flexible.

Your new role
Your new job will be working as a Year 4 teacher from September 2025 as a job share with the assistant head. You will be sharing the responsibilities of planning and assessments and be marking all work at the end of each day. This class has 26 children and no children with EHCPs, and you will be supported by an LSA.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this new job, you need to be available 3 days per week and, ideally, one of those days is a Friday. You must be happy to work as a job share and consider yourself an excellent communicator. This is a lovely class to work within, and they require someone dedicated and passionate about bringing the curriculum to life in a broad and enriching way.
