Your role will involve:-
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and working with small groups or individual students

Helping pupils improve their understanding and confidence in key subjects

Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management

Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Working alongside experienced teaching staff to gain insight into the profession

Gaining real-world experience in a busy secondary school setting
We’re looking for:-
Graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher in any subject

A passion for education and working with young people

Interest in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, MFL, or Humanities is a bonus – all disciplines welcome

Confident communicators with a professional, proactive approach

Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic team players

Experience with young people is helpful but not essential
