A well-regarded secondary school in Dudley is looking for a passionate MFL Graduate Teaching Assistant, ideally with strengths in both French and Spanish, to join their team from September 2025. This is a brilliant opportunity to support students in developing their language skills while gaining firsthand experience in a secondary school setting.

• Graduates in French, Spanish, or a combined Modern Foreign Languages degree

  What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting MFL teachers in delivering French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4

    
    

  • Leading small group work and 1:1 sessions to reinforce language skills

    
    

  • Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and cultural enrichment activities

    
    

  • Helping pupils build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages

    
    

  • Creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment that promotes a love for language and culture

      Who We’re Looking For:

      • Graduates with a 2:1 or above in French, Spanish, or both

        
        

      • Strong communicators with excellent subject knowledge

      • Previous experience with young people is helpful, but not essential

        
        

      • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
