Your Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the bridge between talented candidates and exciting career opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using various recruitment methods (social media, networking, etc.)
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from application to placement.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Administrative Tasks: Manage job postings, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
