Senior Care Assistant - Required at Birkin Lodge Nursing Home in Tunbridge Wells, Part of the Country Court FamilyWe are no longer accepting applications for sponsorship.Hours: 33 Hours per week available, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 07.30-19.30)Located in Tunbridge Wells & just 10 minutes from the train station, Birkin Lodge Nursing Home offers compassionate family-led nursing & residential care. Your responsibilities will include:Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needsAdministration and monitoring of medications to residents.Supporting residents at meals timeMentor & assist new employees.Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants*This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties, please see the job description for full details.
