Summary
My client is urgently looking to recruit a Senior Process Technologist on a twelve-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
You must be available to start within the next 6 weeks to apply. My client produces chilled food products for the major retailers. So if you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, this is the company for you.
They have a large process team; you will report to the Process Development Manager and manage a team of five Process Technologists. The role is Monday–Friday, Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects to successfully deliver product trials in accordance with both the company and customer requirements.
Accountabilities:
Effective team management managing and developing through PDP’s
Supporting innovation & improvement plans in line with business objectives.
Interaction with cross-functional departments to deliver the launch of successful products using influence to achieve project timescales.
Manage the completion of trials against the plan, in line with the business critical paths.
Take part in customer panels (internal and external) in readiness for customer approval, ensuring they are in compliance with Business and customer expectations.
Proactive planning and management of the critical path showing a 3 – 6 month plan in place.
