Summary

Role Overview
We offer a full range of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services aimed at enhancing profitability through combined procurement packages. Our primary focus is on mechanical installations, especially air conditioning and ventilation services, supported by partnerships with leading manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Daikin.
Our expertise covers a broad range of sectors including occupied offices, new builds, high-security environments, healthcare, and motor retail. From initial consultation to full design specification and cost estimation, we deliver engineering solutions that save time and money. Our project management team oversees the delivery process for new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments, and plant replacements, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support from enquiry through to post-handover.
Review enquiries and tenders, assisting in developing solutions that meet client needs.
Assist with development of company systems and procedures.
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with clients and partner professionals.
Coordinate designs with supply partners and evaluate supply chain quotes.
Prepare PQQs, proposals, presentations, and value engineering options.
Manage risks, identify long lead items, and attend project meetings.
Draft specifications, drawings, programmes, and submissions for client and regulatory approvals.

Candidate Requirements
Relevant degree
Proven construction sector experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC industry; knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems desirable.
Strong IT skills
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Pre-Contract Responsibilities
Prepare M&E tender documents for Design & Build projects.
Review client documentation and provide risk/value engineering guidance.
Attend client site visits and interviews.
Analyse subcontractor quotations and recommend selections.
Manage M&E design and validation processes.

Post-Contract Responsibilities
Review final MEP scope and cost.
Assist in supply chain partner selection and procurement.
Manage contract variations, final accounts, and service connections.
Monitor on-site MEP progress and reporting.
Manage commissioning, client training, and project close-out.
