About the Role:
As a Toddler Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2-3 years. You will lead a team of practitioners, ensuring high-quality care and education while fostering strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the toddler room team, ensuring a safe and engaging learning space
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
Monitor and assess children's development, keeping accurate records
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Requirements:
✔️ Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
✔️ Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a room leader role
✔️ Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education
