Salary: €48.000 per annum

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Deputy General Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Corporate Services Operations.

As a Deputy General Services Manager, you'll:

  • Support the Campus General Services Manager with the delivery of Total IFM services, including Cleaning, Catering, Security, Maintenance, and Subcontracted services.

  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive contract management and forward-thinking service innovation.

  • Oversee and ensure site-wide compliance with EHS standards, legislation, and quality audits.

  • Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team across multiple disciplines, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and engagement.

What we're looking for:

  • Licences/Certifications: Permit to Work creation, Risk Assessment development, and GMP-related documentation.

  • Qualification: Facilities, Engineering, Technical, or Business-related qualification desirable.

  • Experience: Proven experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment; strong commercial and financial acumen; experience in pharmaceutical or blue-chip environments is an advantage.

  • Person Specification: Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills; ability to lead change and manage performance; capable of interpreting complex commercial data; proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
