Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Shot Blaster to join our clients team in Grantham on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing metal surfaces for finishing using shot blasting equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shot blasting machinery to clean, strengthen, or polish metal surfaces

  
  

• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety

  
  

• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times

  
  

• Work to job specifications and quality standards

  
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

  
  

• Support team members and assist with other tasks as required

  
  Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a shot blasting or similar industrial role preferred

    
    

  • Understanding of health and safety procedures in an industrial setting

    
    

  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently

    
    

  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a manual role
