Your responsibilities will include:Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needsAdministration and monitoring of medications to residents.Supporting residents at meals timeMentor & assist new employees.Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants*This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties, please see the job description for full details.
