Summary
The Tiger Lounge in Accrington are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.
• Trained in the kitchen to produce a variety of foods to meet the quality required by the Tiger Lounge ethos
• Using various kitchen equipment
• Working alongside chef
• Adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations
• Keen and willing to learn
• Punctual and reliable
• Work well as part of a team and on own initiative
• Interest in catering
5 days out of 7, flexible shift patterns, 12:00pm - 3:00pm and 5:00pm - 9:00pm, 30 hours per week
