Summary
About the role:
You’ll be working in a team which acts as the Lead Enforcement Authority for estate agency work in the UK. You will be working on national projects which help inform local and regional enforcement, as well as undertaking your own investigations and developing policy and national priorities.

Environmental Health, Trading Standards or anywhere else.
• You’ll be ready to challenge yourself by working in a unique team of experienced professionals with a variety of workstreams.
• You’re a person who wants to make a difference for the UK’s home buying and selling process as well as improving enforcement methods and driving up industry standards and excited about getting involved with projects which have a national impact
• You will be happy to produce and present at conferences and regional events throughout the UK
• You have a keen eye for detail when analysing data from a variety of sources, including our own processes and procedures and when investigating breaches of a variety of legislation.
What you will do:
• Lead civil and criminal investigations across the UK including issuing monetary penalties and formal orders
• Help deliver training, webinars, podcasts and presentations to industry and
enforcement agencies.
• Work on projects to improve intelligence and support collaboration.
• Help to develop policy and national priorities as part of the team’s remit
• Represent the team at meetings with numerous stakeholders including
government departments and agencies.
