Summary
Introduction
I am a 16-year-old boy, I am non-verbal but can use simple language/ repeated phrases. I have autism and developmental delay. I am overweight and would like to be more physically active. I love the outdoors and am happy and smiley. You would be helping me to access the community and supporting me with some personal care.
Duties
You would be taking me out into the community to go on walks in the woods or on the beach. I am lively and like to listen to music and dance.
I love to look at books and be read to.
You would be assisting me with my toiletry needs, I can do some associated tasks myself, but I do need support.
Hours
2 hours per week term time and 7 hours per week in the school holidays.
Flexible with days/times
Rate: £15.10 ph
Essential Requirements
You must have a drivers license and a car.
You must have a DBS check.
Desired Experience
Experience working with children with high/complex needs.
