We’re hiring a dedicated Care Co-ordinator to join our friendly and professional team at 1st Grade Care Ltd, a trusted CIW-registered domiciliary care provider based in Cardiff. This is a rare opportunity to work in care coordination with:
• NO on-call responsibilities
• WEEKLY pay
• HYBRID working option (after induction)

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build and manage daily and weekly staff rotas using our digital care management system
• Match care workers to service users based on consistency, travel time, and skillset
• Communicate with families, care staff, and professionals to ensure safe care continuity
• Ensure full compliance with CIW RISCA regulations, including safeguarding and gender-matching
• Log updates and rota decisions using internal diary note systems
• Work collaboratively in a rota team — no out-of-hours on-call required
Hybrid working option available following successful probation and training
No weekend or evening work required
Who We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in home care coordination, rota scheduling, or care logistics
• Calm, organised, and confident working in fast-paced environments
• Good knowledge of care sector compliance and professional communication
• Digitally competent and detail-focused
• Right to work in the UK
Bonus Experience (Not Essential)
• QCF/NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care
• Familiarity with digital care systems (e.g. Nourish)
• Basic Welsh language (training provided)
