Summary
This is an extremely varied role, that includes a number of tasks across multiple properties in the South Kensington Area of London. Roles, including, litter picking, putting out, and bringing in bins ready for collection, Deep cleaning external areas, Gardening Works, Fire Escape Deep Cleaning, Bin Store Cleaning, Internal Communal Area Cleaning, and Ad-Hoc works as required (normally at short notice), including but not limited to, moving furniture, minor maintenance work, leaf clearing, Ad-Hoc cleaning, window cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, pre-tenancy cleans, vacant property cleaning - This is not an exhaustive list, and any works, as requested by our client, will be carried out. This job is very physically demanding, and does involve a lot of walking, and use of heavy equipment. This job has very specific hours, as set out by our client, but may be subject to change in the future: Monday & Thursday, 6am - 2pm, Tuesday & Wednesday, 8am - 4pm. Friday only if required, and agreed in advance.
