Crynodeb
HGV 1 C+E Day Drivers required to work with a choice of start times from 06:00am to 09:00am starts on box trailers with tail lift working Friday to Tuesday 5 day rota pattern so this role includes weekend work. (please note we can accommodate ad-hoc shifts for weekends only or part time can be considered) and this work is ongoing long term with an option of a 2 or 3 permanent positions after 12 weeks becoming available for a contract if of interest and if not then you can remain on the agency ongoing. The role is delivering to stores throughout the West Midlands so some handball is involved off the back of trailer to the back of the store and some trailers are Double Decker. You must hold a valid C+E for 1 year on Licence and hold a valid CPC Card and Digital Tacho card to apply. Deliveries are on a Local basis throughout the West Midlands area and an average of 3 drops per shift. To apply you must have no more than 6 points on licence for insurance cover. pay rate is
£19.00 hr weekday
£25.00 hr weekends
£25.00 in addition paid on top for each weekend shift
£28.50 hr overtime
Guaranteed 45 hrs for 5 days
You can work around 50 hours average and overtime is also paid at time and half £28.50 per hour all inductions are paid once the first week work is completed which is 5 days and it is 1 day induction offering immediate starts please again note this work is physical when delivering to store and these payrates have been put into place to reflect the role required
