Summary
Branch Sales Manager - Trailer & Parts Retail
- Location: Edinburgh
- Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hrs/week)
- £32,960 + Monthly Bonus + Company Vehicle + 32 Days Holiday
Are you a confident and motivated leader with sales experience in a workshop or trade environment?
Do you have the drive to manage a small team while growing local business through hands-on customer engagement?
We are recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager in Edinburgh on behalf of a national leader in trailer supply, towing equipment, and parts. This is a workshop-based, customer-facing role ideal for someone with strong sales ability and operational management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and team performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of presentation
- Promote and sell trailers, parts, and services both in-branch and through external business development
- Meet and exceed sales and margin targets in line with company objectives
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups efficiently
- Visit local businesses to maintain existing accounts and win new ones
- Oversee stock control, budgeting, and inventory management
- Ensure the branch is clean, organised, and stocked with a full range of products and promotional materials
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail, trade counter or workshop sales
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable with face-to-face and B2B sales
- Well-organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of trailer parts, automotive products, or similar is an advantage
- Valid UK Driving Licence (required)
