Summary
We are recruiting care assistants to join our dedicated team, who share our commitment to providing excellent person-centered care and working with residents in our care home.
Open to UK residents without any restrictions to work in the UK. Minimum requirements:
1. You must be over the age of 18.
We also ask that you are:
1. Highly motivated.
2. Can work as a part of a team.
3. Have a compassionate and caring nature.
4. Have the flexibility to cover shifts as and when required, fitting in around your
personal life and commitments.
5. Reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and having a good sense of humour.
6. Able to provide a wide range of basic care needs to residents living within our
Care Home
7. Have your own transport as public transport is minimal.
8. Willing to register with Social Care Wales and work towards NVQ/QCF level 2
In return, we have a variety of different contracts on offer. You can choose contracts of 30 hours or 36 hours per week, excellent training opportunities, competitive pay rates, reliability and performance related incentives. We can offer contracts that works over 4 days, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Basic Hourly Day Rate: £13.00
Basic Hourly night Rate: £13.50
100% Attendance Allowance: £0.50 Per Hour (Conditions Apply)
Additional shift worked: £17.00 per hour
Anniversary Bonus of £500 (Conditions Apply)
