Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Kingsway Community Trust wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking caretaker to be based at Ladybarn Primary School who will have responsibility for school premises and grounds including:
• Daily checks and tidying
• Health and safety checks
• Bin management for weekly refuse collection
• Daily cleaning
• Undertaking adhoc practical odd jobs as required.
• They will also be responsible for the opening and locking up of the school each day.
The successful candidate will be trustworthy, very well motivated, positive, able to manage own workload, be able to communicate well with pupils and staff and take a real pride in the work they do.
Working hours would be 37.5 hours per week, all year round with 26 days holiday to be taken in the school holidays. Hours of work, 7.00am to 11.00am then 3.30pm – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday working during term time and school holidays.

Kingsway Community Trust is a Multi Academy Trust made up of Ladybarn Primary School, Cringle Brook Primary School and Green End Primary School. This provides the staff and children of both schools with enhanced development and networking opportunities.
The Trust is led and managed by one Executive Headteacher and a Trust Board. In each school there is a full time Head of School who lead and manage alongside the Executive Headteacher.
