Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Willow Tree is a thriving, multi-cultural 2 form entry primary school with a 39-place nursery. Situated close to Islip Manor Park in the heart of Northolt, we benefit from good transport links.
We are currently looking to recruit LSA/NNEB’s to join our established team of staff.
You would be working as part of a confident, effective staff team committed to offering children an exciting, creative curriculum with a wide range of sporting, musical and artistic experiences.
You must:
• Hold a level 3/NNEB equivalent qualification
• have recent, relevant experience of working with primary age children, with us particularly focusing on those with experience in EYFS and KS1
• be flexible to work across the school as and when necessary
• be highly motivated and enthusiastic about nurturing, inspiring and motivating our children
• be committed to promoting the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop.
• have experience of working with children with additional needs.
