Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Required for September start, we are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to provide administrative support and monitor the school experience of students eligible for Pupil Premium and their families to increase engagement and progress.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about inclusive education and student welfare
• Is organised and proactive
• Is skilled at building positive relationships with students, staff, and families, including those who may be harder to reach
• Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and a solution-focused mindset
• Has a strong commitment to equality, diversity and closing the attainment gap
