Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an Early Years Educator who will be a member of a professional team led by our Early Years Phase Leaders. You will provide quality care and education, which fosters children’s all-round development within the framework of the EYFS. As a team player, you will have a keen interest in child development and a significant experience of working in the EYFS. You will also be eager to contribute to the wider life and outcomes of the school.
The appointed candidate will have:
• A passion for learning that will inspire and motivate children to be independent thinkers
• The highest expectations for achievement and behaviour
• The ability to develop outstanding relationships with colleagues, children and parents
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
