Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be someone who:
• Holds a minimum Level 2 LSA qualification in teaching and learning and has experience of working in a primary setting.
• Has GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above
• Is motivated, positive, hardworking and willing to join an enthusiastic team.
• Is able to demonstrate high expectations for learning and behaviour, working within the schools’ policies and procedures.
• Champions children and puts their needs and well-being at the forefront of the purpose of their role.
• Collaborates effectively under the direction of the teacher whilst showing initiative.
• Communicates well with children, colleagues and parents.
