St Patrick’s is a friendly, vibrant one form entry Catholic Primary School set in wooded grounds in Farnborough.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful and conscientious Learning Support Assistant who will join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will support both the whole class, small groups and children with specific needs.
The successful applicant will:
• Empathise with pupils and be sympathetic to their needs
• have strong communication skills and able to clarify and explain instructions clearly
• have basic literacy and numeracy skills
• be professionally discrete and able to respect confidentiality on particular issues
• have well-developed interpersonal skills enabling effective relationships with a variety of different people
• have a proven track record of improving pupil outcomes
• be supportive of our Catholic ethos
