What skills and experience we're looking for
• Experience in teaching interventions to individuals and small groups and supporting some of our high needs children in accessing their learning.
• A commitment to developing and maximising the potential of all our pupils.
• A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude as your timetable may change to meet the needs of our children.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Assist with the development and implementation of support plans.
• The ability to engage and communicate successfully with parents/carers.
