Summary

Talent Acquisition Manager – Fixed Term (Maternity Cover, up to 12 months)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to our Head Office in Bournemouth)

Contract: Fixed Term, Full-Time (Maternity Cover – up to 12 months)

Salary: £37454.56 per year

Hours: 40h per week Start Date: beginning of August 2025

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role combines hands-on recruitment with team leadership. You’ll manage and mentor a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, support in driving innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding of new hires. This is a varied, fast-paced role with a strong strategic focus and the chance to shape our employer brand across the sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Lead and support a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists

· Develop and implement innovative talent strategies aligned with business goals

· Oversee the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding

· Drive continuous improvement across talent processes and candidate experience

· Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers across the organisation

· Champion employer branding and represent our values externally

· Ensure compliance with employment law and safer recruitment practices

· Analyse talent data to inform strategy and decision-making

What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (team leadership essential)

· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Organised, adaptable, and data-driven

· Passionate about ethical hiring, sustainability, and diversity

· Comfortable with managing teams that work remotely

· Able to travel occasionally for team meetings in the office
