Summary
To provide support on the day-to-day administration and management of the digital content on the LMS, including management of courses, visual design elements, and reporting. To conduct regular audits of the learner experience produced by existing digital content in course pages, e-learning materials, and assessments, and produce reports and action plans to facilitate their improvement and enhancement. To design, create and adapt digital learning resources in collaboration with Trust educators and education managers, and manage their deployment, maintenance and evaluation under guidance from senior staff. To support senior learning technology colleagues in the planning, development, and promotion of training and staff development activities.
