Summary
Clinical 85%/ Non-Clinical 15% Management & Leadership Education Research & Audit Quality & Governance You will be part of the established Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner team and work together within identified areas of interest to make quality improvements to the neonatal service at UHNM. You will represent the Neonatal Unit at local, regional and national meetings and forums to share best practice and to ensure the NICU@UHNM is delivering the most up-to-date and quality care for every baby and family who needs the care and support we are proud to deliver.
