JobIntroduction:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptionalcustomer service and being the friendly face that sets the tone for a positiveexperience? As a Customer Service Administrator atHM Naval Base,you'll be atthe heart of our operation—ensuring smooth communication, creating a welcomingenvironment, and always putting the safety and satisfaction of our customersfirst. Our admin team plays a crucial role in running a seamless, efficientservice for all our clients and visitors.

What you’lldo:

  • To ensure effective communication with line manager, team, customer and client organisation
  • To maintain excellent client/customer relationships
  • To maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards and in line with applicable service offer
  • To answer incoming calls to HMNB Portsmouth HelpDesk and respond promptly.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers
  • Assign all queries to appropriate manager through SMS system.
  • To assist in accommodation and sports bookings
  • To support JR’s accommodation reception and Hall Porter as required.
  • To provide support for any additional ad-hoc services provided as required, for example administrative or office support
  • Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements
