JobIntroduction:

As a Customer Service Administrator atHM Naval Base,you'll be atthe heart of our operation—ensuring smooth communication, creating a welcomingenvironment, and always putting the safety and satisfaction of our customersfirst. Our admin team plays a crucial role in running a seamless, efficientservice for all our clients and visitors.
What you’lldo:
- To ensure effective communication with line manager, team, customer and client organisation
- To maintain excellent client/customer relationships
- To maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards and in line with applicable service offer
- To answer incoming calls to HMNB Portsmouth HelpDesk and respond promptly.
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Assign all queries to appropriate manager through SMS system.
- To assist in accommodation and sports bookings
- To support JR’s accommodation reception and Hall Porter as required.
- To provide support for any additional ad-hoc services provided as required, for example administrative or office support
- Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements
