Your new company
A Secondary School based in North Birmingham is looking for a School Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. This is a long term opportunity and to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
The role will entail working in a dynamic but busy team. The role will be to support the team with chasing attendance calls, logging registers onto the system, supporting with admission queries, dealing with parent queries and supporting with reception duties when required. You will also be lead in pupil liaison and be first point of contact for student queries.
This role requires an individual that is a team player and flexible on the tasks they undertake.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
