About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant within the Money Management Team you are responsible for maintaining key relationships with the Adult Social Care Finance Team, business support services, external agencies and customer representatives. You will assist the Appointeeship and Deputyship Team to manage their activities associated with a new banking platform and will manage/maintain data held within the banking and social care systems.
About You
The successful candidate’s main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Working with various systems to improve quality of data held
- Maintain and update accurate computer records of actions taken to facilitate correct and timely completion of account transfers
- General support to A&D processes
- To undertake such other duties within the scope of the job purpose and grading
- To assist the A&D team with data entry, cleansing and housekeeping
