What We’re Looking For – Candidate Profile

• Expected or achieved 2:1 degree (or higher) in Art, Fine Art or a related field

• Full-time role starting September 2025 (early start available)
• 4 days per week based in school; 1 day remote study and training
• Participate in a structured training programme with personalised mentoring
• Gradually build your teaching experience across the academic year
• Achieve QTS by July 2026 and take the first step into a meaningful career

Throughout your training year, you'll receive ongoing guidance as you learn to plan lessons, manage a classroom, and support student progress. With regular online training and one-to-one mentoring, you’ll develop into a confident and capable educator.
