This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to lead a small team of business support staff within the Health and Social Care Partnership.

The post holder will be responsible for managing business support staff within our Adult Support and Protection services, Bonnyton Care Home and our adult localities teams. Key elements of the role include ensuring services have sufficient support in place to undertake key duties, managing staff performance and developing/ implementing a staff training and development plan

The role is varied and challenging with the successful candidate being able to work flexibly across a number of demanding services.
