Summary
What we are looking for in you:
YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for a hands-on energetic and flexible Maintenance and Grounds Operative, who has skills in general maintenance and gardening, with Practical knowledge of plants and experience with using general garden machinery.
You will need to have the safety of yourself and others, as a primary consideration, to show initiative, and willingness to assist others at all times. You will work closely with the maintenance operatives and will engage with appointed specialist contractors, to gain an understanding of what works they are carrying out, in order to become rounded and aware of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
We follow a safer recruitment process, all appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and are required to provide two suitable references.
