What you’ll be doing:

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Oxford Aunts you'll deliver service excellence to both clients and carers through effective management and support of the central staff scheduling function. You’ll ensure all placements are staffed ideally four weeks in advance as well as ensuring clients and carers are communicated with ahead of planned holiday. You’ll also be committed to ensuring all sickness and absence from work is well managed and coordinated.

As an approachable person you’ll build strong relationships with the professional care team, responding to any concerns or challenges in a professional and supportive manner. It’s important that you have good IT skills - a high level of accuracy is needed to ensure the scheduling system (Sirenum) and our database (Salesforce) is accurate.

You’ll have:

Experience in the health care sector with an understanding of the expectations of a carer’s role and subsequent support required for both carers and clients
Staff scheduling experience within domiciliary care scheduling
An ability to prioritise effectively, plan and organise
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations
An ability to problem solve, risk assess and facilitate change promptly
This is an office based role, so you must be able to work 5 days per week from our Eynsham office
