There are two full-time post available immediately on a fixed term basis until 30th June 2026.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The Strategic Delivery Unit sits at the heart of the University’s strategic transformation activities . We deliver the University’s highest profile projects and programmes that change organisational structures, processes, technology, buildings and culture. We are seeking to fill 2 roles which will partner with our faculties, Professional Services divisions and HR to deliver HR change projects.
We are looking for an experienced business transformation professionals with a strong background in HR change to join our team as a Programme Managers. With a strong track record in design and delivery of holistic change, the successful candidates will be experienced in working at all levels within and across an organisation, facilitating interdisciplinary teams and enabling innovative approaches.
