Summary
Main responsibilities include: Acting as a visible leader ensuring the smooth day to day running of clinics within the departments listed in the overview. Managing teams including rosters, sickness, appraisals and effectively challenging where appropriate. Leading on service development and embedding changes into practice to aid improvement. Adhering to NMC and Trust guidelines, policies and procedures. Ensuring practice is relevant and evidence based. Working alongside all members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a family-centred and holistic approach is taken for all patients pathways.
